WHITE, GA – Toyo Tires, a global tire manufacturer with over 70 years of experience in the industry, has placed Esther DeVeaux-Morgan as their new Director of Human Resources. Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney, and Recruiting Director, Carrie Longmire, led and placed the critical HR search.

As the Director of Human Resources, Esther will serve as a strategic partner to the facility’s leadership team and own the oversight of the HR function, including but not limited to; employee relations, compliance, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, leadership development, learning & development. She will assess current and existing HR systems, programs, and processes, and then recommend and implement changes to ensure maximum impact and contribution to the site and overall business objectives. Esther will work with the plant leadership team to develop a culture that fosters positive employee engagement, professional growth, and continuous improvement while also fostering an accountability culture dedicated to meeting or exceeding stated organizational goals.
Esther is a senior-level HR leader with experience in progressive roles supporting multiple functions and businesses, in both union and non-union environments. She is an accomplished “hybrid” HR generalist with organizational leadership, business operations, creative performance management, and strong technical skills. Esther is extremely comfortable navigating between strategic and tactical modes to achieve the objective. She is focused on leadership principles, minimizing risks associated with employment decisions, facilitation of effective training, culture and change management solutions.
