Biography

Ayla, Managing Partner, Chief People Officer, is passionate about genuinely connecting with and guiding professionals to career and life-enhancing opportunities. She has been with The Christopher Group for over seven progressive years and sits on the firm’s Leadership Team.

She spent over a decade within the food service industry prior to joining TCG, as a well-recognized, Divisional and Org-Wide Leader of Culture, Leadership Development, and Training. Ayla carries that foundation with her, as a cornerstone of the firm’s dedication to providing exceptional service to Clients and Candidates.  She has partnered with Clients such as Lamb Weston, Phillips 66, Quantum Health, California State University, Altria, Parker Hannifin, and many others on opportunities across the HR spectrum, ranging from Heads of HR to Specialist roles. She also spearheads off-desk searches for Finance, Sales, and Operations Executives.

Ayla has proud roots in Oregon, where she went to school, and now resides in Sarasota, FL with her husband, Casey, and their golden retriever, Moose.
