REMOTE – Adventure Scientists, a nonprofit organization that equips partners with data collected from the outdoors that are crucial to addressing environmental challenges, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Head of People search. Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney, and Recruiting Director, Kristen Perez are leading the critical HR search.

In this newly created role, the Head of People, serving under the founder and CEO will lead and design well-planned company retreats, lead the staff in their career development, continuously assess and improve the benefits offerings, launch a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion program, and other strategic projects. Adventure Scientists is always looking for ways to improve and the Head of People will be key in monitoring and designing retention, recruitment, compensation & benefits strategies. This is a truly unique role with the ability to impact the culture, talent density, and growth of the organization.
