HOUSTON, TX – Ara Partners, a private equity firm specializing in industrial decarbonization investments, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Head of Human Resources search. President and Managing Director, Nathaniel Schiffer, Managing Partner, Tobin Anselmi, and Recruiting Director, Carrie Longmire, are leading the critical HR search.

It will require a world-class team of industry specialists to accomplish the same, which is where this role will shine bright. Additionally, this new HR Leader will provide critical talent insights to an ever-growing list of portfolio companies,” Nathaniel Schiffer shared.
The VP of HR will report to the COO and be a member of the Leadership Team. The role oversees the development, implementation, and administration of human resources programs and services to support the mission, vision, and values of Ara Partners and its team members. The VP of HR manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department and serves as a strategic partner and consultant to the Managing Partners, senior leadership, and associates while also serving as a Talent Zarr for the Portfolio companies. A high level of independence in the performance of the role and solution of problems is expected, however, demonstrated teamwork and collaboration are equally essential for successful functioning.
