Biography

Kristen brings over 18 years of executive recruiting experience, having worked in Human Resources roles focusing on Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development. She joined The Christopher Group as a Recruiting Manager in 2021 and was promoted to Recruiting Director in 2022. Kristen specializes in filling Human Resources executive roles nationwide and has a robust background in the Manufacturing, Logistics, Oil & Gas, Aviation, Consulting, Private Equity, and Healthcare industries. Within the firm, she unofficially serves as the organization and technology guru.

Kristen earned a Bachelor’s in Marketing with a Minor in Health Administration from Rider University and went on to obtain her MBA from The University of Phoenix. She holds the SHRM-CP certification and is a Predictive Index Certified Practitioner. Born in New Jersey, Kristen spent her summers at the Jersey shore before moving to Houston, TX after college, where she really cut her teeth in the search industry.

Kristen joined The Christopher Group with enthusiasm, drawn by The Christopher Recruiting System and the company’s strong values, which align with her own. She firmly believes in doing the right thing, caring for the whole person (both client and candidate), and delivering excellence as part of a team.

Family is at the heart of Kristen’s life. She is married to Josh, and they have three beautiful children: Dylan, who is just starting his college career, and two girls, Jenna and Meadow, who are in elementary school. They also have a spunky Hahn’s macaw named Nemo, who brings laughter to their home every day. The family lives in Naples, FL, and loves to travel and spend time with friends and family.
