Q&A with Pam
TCG: Why were you excited about joining The Christopher Group?
Pam: I would say having my previous experience working with Tom, knowing how aligned we are and how we view HR in terms of people, business, and pursuing a servant leadership role. I was also very excited to join because of the opportunity to help find the right talent for TCG and clients. I have touched all aspects of HR throughout my career, and I was enthusiastic to explore this next chapter with The Christopher Group.
TCG: As the new human resources leader, what are your biggest goals and priorities?
Pam: I love that TCG is family-owned and operated which translates into their culture. TCG has developed and executed all the right things when it comes to their people, clients, and candidates. I would like to ensure that the company gets the recognition they deserve and becomes an employer of choice.
TCG: What have been some of your most rewarding moments as an HR leader?
Pam: It’s most rewarding for me when I’m able to help others realize their full potential. It’s a great feeling to help a business achieve its results because all departments are aligned. I have been able to coach and become a trusted advisor for employees at all levels by creating new work environments, inspiring transformational changes in strategies, and cultivating continuous learning over throughout my career, and look forward to bringing my expertise to TCG.
The Christopher Group began in 1998 with the idea of doing executive HR search differently. Our founders, Tom and Paula Christopher passionately believed in creating a unique boutique recruiting experience to meet the critical needs of our clients. Our executive searches, led by former HR practitioners and staffed by highly trained search professionals, employ proprietary systems, tools, and processes to place the best HR talent for organizations nationwide. For us, it is more than simply filling a role quickly with exceptional talent. It’s finishing an HR search and having both the candidates and clients love the experience and look forward to doing it again.
