About TCG

The Christopher Group began in 1998 with the idea of doing executive HR search differently. Our founders, Tom and Paula Christopher passionately believed in creating a unique boutique recruiting experience to meet the critical needs of our clients. Our executive searches, led by former HR practitioners and staffed by highly trained search professionals, employ proprietary systems, tools, and processes to place the best HR talent for organizations nationwide. For us, it is more than simply filling a role quickly with exceptional talent. It’s finishing an HR search and having both the candidates and clients love the experience and look forward to doing it again.
