Pact Selects TCG for Chief Human Capital Officer Search

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Pact has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) search. Founder & CEO, Tom Christopher, Recruiting Director, Jeff Wilbanks, and Senior Operations Manager, Matthew Duda are leading the search.

The Chief Human Capital Officer will report to the CEO and will be an integral member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) at Pact, overseeing talent management, human resources, and organizational culture.  The CHCO is responsible for strategically aligning Pact’s global workforce to its mission through effective management of human capital policies and programs.  The CHCO will work with the CEO and the senior management team to set organizational targets, operating plans, organizational priorities, and allocate resources to achieve those targets, plans, and priorities.
