The new Head of Total Rewards will report to the Head of Human Resources and provide strategic leadership to elevate the total rewards function while strengthening an already high performing team. This person will also be responsible for assessing and executing a “Total Rewards Road Map”, and more broadly the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of all compensation and benefits programs to achieve the organization’s business and growth objectives.
