This role will provide global HR leadership for the Company’s global commercial organizations, (approximately 450 Sales, Marketing and Research & Technology employees). They will serve as the senior HR strategic business partner to 3 business presidents, their commercial teams and the Corporate VP of Commercial Excellence. They will develop and implement HR strategic plans that enable achievement of commercial excellence goals. As a member of the Materion Human Resources Leadership Council (HRLC), collaborate and be a high-impact contributor in the development and implementation of the company’s global people strategy, HR policies and programs. As a senior leader of the company, offer candid input to the executive decision-making process, providing insight from the perspective of the HR discipline, as well as, from a general business perspective.
This role will reside in the Cleveland, OH area. The search is being led by Paula Christopher, TCG Vice President / Managing Partner and Jacob Humbert, Recruiting Director.
