Knauf Insulation is pleased to announce the placement of Dan Meece as their new Sr. Manager, Talent Management & Adult Learning. In this role, Dan will be responsible for the strategy development, design, creation, and implementation of core professional, technical, personal, and business Learning and Development solutions and evaluates their effectiveness.
Most recently, Dan was Training Development Manager at Rolls Royce where she was hired in a customer-facing role implementing product training for aerospace motors. Dan has also held Senior Human Resources leadership roles with Roche Diagnostics and Eli Lilly & Co. He holds a Masters of Arts Degree in Organizational & Professional Communication Development and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Telecommunications from Ball State University.
