The Director, Human Resources for the Callaway Energy Center is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of workforce strategies and processes in alignment with the Site’s vision of achieving sustainable excellent performance.Â The Director, Human Resources serves as a key member of the Human Resources Strategy Team and the Callaway Energy Center Leadership Team, integrating and executing on all Station workforce needs in partnership with the broader Human Resources team and Station leadership.Â This position resides on-site at the Callaway Energy Center and reports to Ameren’s Vice President, Human Resources â€“ with significant and regular interaction with Callaway’s senior leadership team.Â This role will involve intermittent travel to the Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis as well as travel to engage in nuclear industry events or benchmarking.
This role will reside in the Columbia, MO area.Â The search is being led by Thomas Christopher, TCG President / Managing Partner and Patricia Duff, TCG Recruiting Director.
