Reporting to the CHRO, the Vice President of Total Rewards will partner with business executives to set the strategy for a world-class Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS offerings/platforms.
Year One Objectives / Potential Accomplishments:
- Building out Compensation structure for all levels of employees
- Develop relationships with and source vendor offerings for each department within the function
- Roll out Benefits plan by conducting external market data surveys
