This HR Business Partner role will support the Retail Business. This organization is in a pure growth mode and has strategically planned to increase global headcount 100 to 250 positions by the end of 2019. This position will report directly into the CHRO, Dr. Pete Leddy, and assist with the strategic direction of the business and HR function. dosist needs a high potential HR professional that is hungry to be a key participant in the growth of the organization.
Year One Needs / Objectives:
- Need a full-service generalist that can understand business needs/goals and set a strategy around it.
- Increase organizational capability solutions and be able to address those needs.
- Think/act on a strategic level, but doesnâ€™t mind getting down into the tactical weeds.
- Help the retail business continue to open flagship stores and other retail outlets.
- Assist the company in achieving their annual operating goals/plans from the top line
- Significant staffing /talent acquisition efforts to bring in high-quality talent that can keep up with the growing needs of the business
