Most recently, Susan Sproat was Executive Director of Benefits at University of Pennsylvania where she was responsible for design, implementation and administration of a broad array of benefits programs for the 15,000 University of Pennsylvania faculty and staff. Susan has also held Senior Human Resources leadership roles with Walgreens, The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and DecisionOne. She holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Rosemont College.
