Syniverse seeks VP, Talent Management

Reporting into the President and CEO the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, employee engagement, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, succession planning, compensation and HRIS. The CHRO provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team and the board of directors.

As a key member of the CEO’s Executive Leadership Team the CHRO participates in all senior team meetings, strategy sessions and Board of Director meetings. It is preferred that the executive live in Tampa, Florida as this is the primary location for the position.
