Most recently, Rona was Director of Talent Management for Coca Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. where she worked with internal and external stakeholders to lead HR activities for territory divestitures in the East Region. Rona has held many Senior Human Resources leadership roles with Coca Cola throughout the years. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management from Nicholls State University.
