HOUSTON, TX – Kongsberg has selected The Christopher Group for their Head of Human Resources Americas search. Leading the Texas search is Founder & CEO, Thomas Christopher, and Managing Partner & COO, Erin Merker.
As a strategic position within the Americas’ leadership team, the Head of Human Resources will partner with the SVP Americas to develop, implement and continuously improve a strategy for HR and talent management within the Americas region. This person will lead a team of HR professionals in the various countries part of the Americas region focusing on HR practices supporting a high-accountability and high-performance culture with an emphasis on employee empowerment and collaboration.
