KENNEWICK, WA – Lamb Weston has selected The Christopher Group for their Director of Contract Manufacturing search. Leading the Washington search is Managing Partner & CMO, Nathaniel Schiffer and Recruiting Manager, Ayla Davis.
This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with manufacturers outside of the production facilities. A successful candidate will act as the voice to contract manufacturers and co-packers for all functional departments within Lamb Weston. The Director of Contract Manufacturing will lead all aspects of the contract manufacturing relationship and be responsible for achieving least landed cost while maintaining compliance with all aspects of food safety, product quality, production efficiency, and all other key performance metrics. This position will be responsible for identification and selection of new contract manufacturing facilities to support our Lamb Weston’s new product innovation.
