YOUNGSTOWN, OH – PurFoods has selected The Christopher Group for their Human Resources Manager search. Leading the Ohio search is Managing Partner & COO, Erin Merker and Recruiting Manager, Keith Wright.
Reporting to the Vice President of HR, this HR Manager role will oversee human resources functions for two PurFoods manufacturing facilities in Youngstown, OH and manage four direct reports. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business strategy and objectives, improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention, provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, report and analyze HR metrics to measure effectiveness and support decision making.
