CTI Foods is pleased to announce the placement of Lynette McCurdy as their new Corporate Director, Talent Acquisition. In this role, Lynette will lead activities and projects across all areas of talent acquisition including full cycle recruiting, workforce planning, implementing TAS system, developing employment branding / employer of choice strategies, creating selection, assessment and onboarding materials, as well as training and educating leadership to improve overall quality of hire.
Most recently, Lynette was Sr. Global Executive Search Leader at Whirlpool Corporation where she was retained to specifically staff their executive search function. Lynette has also held Senior Human Resources leadership roles with Lockheed Martin, Hewlett-Packard, and Coca Cola. She holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Organizational Communications from Wright State University.
