A leader in the insurance and financial services vertical has retained the Christopher Group to conduct a nationwide search for an AVP, HR Technology & Data Governance (HRIS) position. This role will lead the Human Resources (HR) business activities for technology, data governance, access, and protection. The AVP, HR Technology & Data Governance will lead the planning, designing, configuring, building, and testing of HR systems, in partnership with enterprise HR and IT functions. This position will lead a team that configures HR processes and changes within the core HR information system and will manage system updates and upgrades. The Assistant Vice President of HR Technology & Data Governance will be responsible for managing the processes around the strategic HR technology roadmap, facilitating the HR Technology Steering Committee, and managing the HR project portfolio. This position will represent HR on all enterprise technology working groups.
This role will sit in the Columbus, OH area. The search is being led by Thomas Christopher, TCG President / Managing Director and Jim Gorjup, TCG Vice President / Managing Partner.
