This role will lead the administration of this aviation organization’s Human Resources information using the most efficient and cost effective HR systems and applications. They will research, analyze, design, and maintain information systems in support of human resources administration and projects. The Manager, HRIS will monitor HR information needs and design new or modify existing systems to meet changing requirements. They will provide project management leadership on HR systems initiatives and new program implementations. They will have an active role in HRIS policy and process development.
The HRIS Manager will have direct “client facing” accountability with the business units. They must work to understand the business outcomes their partners are trying to drive, both short and long term, so they can design the future state and deliver new HR technology.
This role will based in the Orlando, FL area. The search is being led by Nathaniel Schiffer, TCG Vice President/Managing Partner and Patricia Duff, TCG Recruiting Director.
