A leading multi-brand technology solutions provider is looking for their Head of Talent Acquisition. The Vice President of Talent Acquisition will develop, implement, and lead recruiting strategies to source, assess, develop, and place industry leading, top tier talent across all the Enterprise businesses. This role will establish and implement a comprehensive, enterprise wide talent acquisition strategy/platform. Including but not limited to University Relations, Non-Exempt Recruitment, Exempt Recruitment, Executive Recruitment, Employment Brand Building, Assessment Systems, Technology, Metrics, Onboarding, etc.
This role will sit in the Chicago, IL area. The search is being led by Thomas Christopher, CEO, Managing Director and Jeff Wilbanks, TCG Recruiting Director.
