INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Calumet Specialty Products Partners, a leading manufacturer of specialty products used in the development of the world’s most trusted brands and products, has placed Kelly Mariotti as their new Director of Human Resources. This critical search was led and placed by Managing Director, Nat Schiffer.

Marotti will report to the Vice President, Human Resources and have the responsibility for providing leadership and full HR business partner support to multiple senior executives at Calumet and across multiple locations and clients. She will lead and drive the overall people & organization agenda, talent management, employee experience, and so much more. Mariotti will also deliver core HR activities as well as support delivery of key business priorities which focus on profitable growth.
