The Vice President of Human Resources will take ownership of the HR structure and be responsible for creating an amazing work environment for the employees by effectively supporting and being an advocate for them for all their HR related needs. They will serve as a key contact and advisor regarding employee development, relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
