CLEVELAND, OH – Nordson Corporation, a multinational adhesive dispensing equipment manufacturer, has appointed Miguel Perez as their new Head of Human Resources. This critical search was led and placed by Managing Director, Pam Noble and Managing Partner, Jeff Wilbanks.
Perez will partner closely with the Executive Officer and the segment’s global leadership team to develop workforce and talent strategies as well as global HR solutions in areas such as organization and workforce effectiveness, talent and leadership development, and employee engagement to meet business goals.
