CLEVELAND, OH – Nordson Corporation, a multinational adhesive dispensing equipment manufacturer, has appointed Miguel Perez as their new Head of Human Resources. This critical search was led and placed by Managing Director, Pam Noble and Managing Partner, Jeff Wilbanks.

Perez will partner closely with the Executive Officer and the segment’s global leadership team to develop workforce and talent strategies as well as global HR solutions in areas such as organization and workforce effectiveness, talent and leadership development, and employee engagement to meet business goals. Miguel is responsible for the HR strategy of one of Nordson’s two business segments.

“We were thrilled to work with Nordson, and work closely with Executive VP, Human Resources Shelly Peet, as they realigned their organization, and moved from a centralized to a decentralized HR structure,” said Pam Noble. “Perez brings a unique set of capabilities with a strong focus in Business Leadership that will be a great asset to Nordson.”
