MENTOR, OH – STERIS, a leading provider of infection prevention and other procedural products and services, has appointed Matt London as their new Director of Global Talent Acquisition. This critical search was led and placed by Managing Director, Pam Noble and Recruiting Director, Kat Kilkenney.
London will be responsible for designing, executing, and measuring global talent acquisition strategies, processes, and programs that support the attraction, sourcing, assessment, and selection of talent needed to meet current and future business needs. He will lead the next level of breakthrough results through building a strong understanding of STERIS’ business strategies, consultative and collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders, establishing disciplined and inclusive talent practices, and building and developing a team of highly capable and motivated talent acquisition professionals.

London brings over 15+ years of experience to STERIS. He has held previous roles at PPC Broadband Inc, and most recently, as a Senior Manager Global Talent Acquisition Operations at Eaton.
