Karyn Chase will be responsible for leading all aspects of employee relations for Oneida Nation Enterprises’ diversified portfolio of brands. Chase will administer and oversee all employee discipline, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation to support a positive employee experience for an innovative and growing organization. Chase will also work collaboratively with other HR leaders to support internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership development planning.
