ORLANDO, FL – New Season, a leading provider of care for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD), has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Senior Vice President of Human Resources search. Managing partners Nat Schiffer and Ayla Maloney are leading this critical HR search.

The major tenants of the role will be to build a comprehensive HR service delivery model that addresses the transactional requirements of HR, enables the complete talent life cycle, establishes a culture that connects and inspires belonging and drives engagement, and build systems and tools for talent acquisition, training and development and liberates the business to scale.
