The Chief Human Resource Officer will have accountability for creating measurable value through and for people across the organization. This role will, directly and indirectly, lead people strategies impacting over 15,000 internal caregivers and inspire a team of direct reports to bring their best to work every day and maximize value for the organization. The successful candidate will partner extensively with the Executive Leadership teams to offer successful business solutions that improve health outcomes, contribute to an exceptional experience for caregivers & patients, and reduce the costs of care.
