Recruiting Director, Jeff Wilbanks and Recruiting Manager, Samantha Frye are leading the critical search.

Reporting to the CEO, the new Vice President of Human Resources will be given the opportunity to create new tools, programs, and processes for a dynamically growing organization. They will be responsible for developing and leading the people strategy that includes but is not limited to employee relations, conflict resolution, annual performance review programs, administering health benefits, compensation strategy, compliance, HR infrastructure, and administration.
