TCG Places Talent Acquisition Leader at Clements Fluids

TYLER, TEXAS  – Clements Fluids, a trusted advisor in the Workover/Completion/Drilling Fluids, has placed Michael Dean as their new Talent Acquisition Leader. Managing Partner, Pam Noble, and Recruiting Director, Kristen Perez, led and placed the TA search.

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, Michael will partner closely with Senior Leadership to lead and develop the talent attraction and retention strategy. He will be instrumental in establishing world-class recruiting and selection programs while considering long-term human capital plans and using data to influence hiring decisions. Michael will serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and work closely with them to ensure sound hiring decisions and an expedited hiring process. In this role, Michael will be instrumental in building a talent pipeline based on projected hiring needs and establishing hiring manager interview training. 

Michael Dean is a seasoned Talent Leader with 14 years of extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Leveraging his expertise, Michael excels in creating, delivering, and managing a wide range of programs aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier leaders and engaged employees. Holding a Talent Acquisition Strategy certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), Michael demonstrates his ability to align talent strategies with business objectives, functional priorities, and development initiatives. Passionate about individual engagement, Michael is dedicated to helping employees recognize the significant impact they make within the organization. His commitment to fostering talent development is evident through his design and facilitation of leadership development programs for executive successors and emerging leaders.
