UNITED STATES – In a strategic move by Atria Wealth Solutions, two key positions have been recently filled by individuals meticulously placed by The Christopher Group. Heading the Human Resources department is Danielle Taylor, with the search spearheaded by TCG CEO, Nat Schiffer, and Recruiting Director, Corrine Brao. This recruitment effort reflects The Christopher Group’s commitment to addressing organizational gaps.

Danielle Taylor, the newly appointed Head of Human Resources, brings a wealth of experience to her role. Her expertise spans various facets of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits design, talent management, immigration, and succession planning. Throughout her career, Danielle has consistently delivered significant contributions to the organizations she’s been a part of.

On a parallel track, Atria Wealth Solutions has also welcomed Paige Wharton as their Vice President of Human Resources. Nat Schiffer and Corrine Brao, once again, took the lead in this crucial search. In her role as VP of HR, Paige will oversee centralized talent initiatives and processes, managing a team of HR professionals to deliver talent management, training and development, talent acquisition, and culture and integration initiatives.

Paige Wharton, armed with her SPHR certification, boasts a background in talent development, total rewards, and talent acquisition.
