REMOTE – The Christopher Group is announcing a new confidential search for a Director of People for a leading technology company. Managing Partner, Tobin Anselmi is leading the key HR search.

The Director of People owns the overarching people strategy and champions strategic initiatives within the organization. The role is central to the organization’s talent management efforts and is responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent across a diverse business portfolio. The role provides leadership and oversight to the HR and Recruiting teams, ensuring the effective execution of talent acquisition, performance management, professional development, compliance, and culture initiatives.
Operating within a shared service company, the Director of People orchestrates talent management strategies spanning the entire portfolio. The role’s mission is to create and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy that closely aligns with the organization’s objectives, which involves collaborating closely with our executive leadership teams across operating companies to identify talent needs, bridge skills gaps, and facilitate succession planning. The Director of People’s leadership will significantly influence organizational culture, fostering an inclusive, open, and diverse environment. The role designs initiatives that engage and satisfy all team members, contributing to the enhancement of the organization’s unique culture across 13 states domestically and 17 countries globally.
