In her role, she provides leadership and oversight to the recruiting teams, ensuring the effective execution of talent acquisition, performance management, professional development, compliance, and culture initiatives.
Operating within XenoPsi’s shared service company, as the Head of HR Yesenia orchestrates talent management strategies spanning XenoPsi’s entire portfolio. The role’s mission is to create and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy that closely aligns with XenoPsi’s objectives, which involves collaborating closely with the executive leadership teams across operating companies to identify talent needs, bridge skills gaps, and facilitate succession planning. Yesenia’s leadership significantly influences XenoPsi’s organizational culture, fostering an inclusive, open, and diverse environment. She will design initiatives that engage and satisfy the XenoPsi team members, contributing to the enhancement of XenoPsi’s unique culture across 13 states domestically and 17 countries globally.
