PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA – Dietz & Watson, manufacturer and distributor of premium deli meats, cheeses, and other specialty food products since 1939, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Director of Human Resources search. Managing Partner, Tobin Anselmi, and Recruiting Director, Nick Nelson, are leading the HR search.

The HR Director will partner with the company leadership to deliver world-class people strategies to a growing food manufacturing company. They will lead the HR department while developing strategic and innovative workforce planning and people/leadership development systems. The HRD will sit on their senior leadership team and work directly with the owners, advising them on both tactical and strategic best people practices.
