The Director of Executive Development will enable AutoNation to deliver on it’s vision “to be America’s best place to buy and service cars and trucks†by leading the design and implementation of high-impact people, programs, and processes that enable the organization to most effectively manage and leverage the talent of our 27,000+ associates. This individual will provide best practice research to identify, design, lead, and execute leadership development, performance management, and talent planning strategies to meet the leadership needs of the organization.
This role will reside in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. The search is being led by Paula Christopher, TCG Vice President / Managing Partner and Jeff Wilbanks, TCG Recruiting Director.
