Samaritan Health is pleased to announce the placement of Regina Lagattuta as their new Vice President, Human Resources.Â In this role, Regina will provide strategic leadership in the areas of Talent Acquisition and management, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Operations, Leadership Learning and Development, Total Rewards and Employee Health.
Most recently, Regina was the AVP, Human Resources at Mohawk Valley Health System where she oversaw all aspects of human resources functions for not-for-profit organizations comprised of 570 acute care beds, 202 long term care beds, and over 39 locations within a full health system. Â Regina has also held Senior Human Resources leadership roles with Sysco and The Penn Traffic Company. She holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Economics from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
