REMOTE – The Christopher Group is announcing a new confidential search for a Director of Human Resources Information Technology for one of the leading suppliers of semiconductors in the US. Managing Director, Nat Schiffer, and Recruiting Director, Kristen Perez are leading this critical executive search.

As a member of the HR leadership team, this role will play a key part in the growing HRIT team to scale for significant growth & will be responsible for planning & directing the ongoing administration of Human Resources Information Systems to support short- & long-range HR goals. The Director of HR Technology will partner closely with leaders to develop future-oriented strategic HR Technology plans, & position them for growth. The position will have significant leadership & managerial responsibilities to ensure a high-performing HRIS team & exceptional employee & manager experiences & will also be responsible for creating & maximizing Human Capital Metrics dashboards
