The Senior Manager for TA will partner with the VP of HR in building a world-class TA department that is able to continuously deliver top talent to a Fortune 1000 organization. You will lead a department of six as you develop strategic and innovative TA and workforce planning systems and procedures as well as strategically and tactically implement top full-cycle TA methods.
