MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Stauer has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Chief Talent Officer search. Managing Partner, Erin Merker, Recruiting Director, Ayla Davis, and Senior Operations Manager, Matthew Duda are leading the search.

The Chief Talent Officer will report to the President / CEO and will lead all aspects of human resources for Stauer including, but not limited to, recruitment, talent management, training and development, and compensation and benefits. They will be responsible for building a cohesive and collaborative work environment, partnering effectively with other senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the organization’s business plan. This person will facilitate a culture that values integrity, service, commitment, teamwork, personal accountability, and celebration of individual and team success.
