SRAM Selects TCG for Director of Talent & Inclusion Search

CHICAGO, ILL – SRAM, one of the world’s largest suppliers of components to the bike industry, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Director of Talent and Inclusion search. Managing Director, Pam Noble and Recruiting Director, Kathleen Kilkenney are leading the critical HR search.

The Director of Talent and Inclusion will help drive a portfolio of talent strategies across SRAM including team member training and development, diversity & inclusion, and talent acquisition. They will also lead a team that collaborates with senior managers and site HR leaders to develop talent programs to build organizational capability that will contribute to a high performance/high trust culture across all SRAM locations. This includes leadership development programs, talent acquisition & onboarding, succession planning, and team member engagement.  Finally, the Director will ensure recruitment practices and tools continue to attract great candidates and find new ways to connect with diverse communities to tell SRAMs story and connect candidates with job opportunities. They will work closely with the CIO (Continuous Improvement office) on training programs and reinforce tools to help embed continuous improvement culture throughout SRAM.
