The Employee Relations / U.S. Lead will lead the nation-wide employee programs focused on maintaining and enhancing the social and psychological communications between employees and leaders. You will work on initiatives that align our people’s strategies and processes to our culture, while finding ways to improve our employees’ engagement with our company.
