MILFORD, MA – Waters Corporation, the world’s leading specialty measurement company, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Senior Director – Human Resource Business Partner search. Managing Partner, Tobin Anselmi and Recruiting Manager, Gillian Hagerty are leading the critical HR search.

The Senior Director, HRBP, will serve as a partner to the Americas Commercial organization. Reporting to the Vice President of HR for the division, this role will be responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies that enable growth, innovation and overall organizational effectiveness. This highly visible role will collaborate with business leaders and colleagues across the organization as a trusted advisor. Further, this role will regularly need to align and collaborate with global organizations, the regional HR teams, and other internal HR COEs, including talent acquisition, talent management, and compensation and benefits.
