Most recently, Robyn was SVP, HR and Chief HR Officer for Xylem Inc. where she served as a trusted advisor to multiple CEO’s, the Board of Directors, and the executive leadership team. Robyn has also held Senior Human Resources leadership roles with Hovnanian Enterprises and Black and Decker. She holds a Masters Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from University of Baltimore and a Bachelors Degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
