The Human Resources Director will oversee the day-to-day operations and activities of the HR department. They will advise and assist the Vice President, Human Resources in delivery of all human resources services to the organization. This may include consultation on complex or sensitive personnel matters, assistance in planning the allocation of resources, and the design, implementation, and delivery of HR functions / services (benefits, compensation, compliance, recruitment, business partners, OD/LD, HRIS, labor relations, etc).
The Director will be responsible for the general leadership, supervision, and direction of HR organizational units. They will provide tactical guidance and advice including recommendations regarding critical matters pertaining to the delivery of HR services. This involves consultation with senior leadership and management to troubleshoot and resolve issues. They will also ensure that HR is providing services that meet the needs of RCHSD’s workforce, while maintaining compliance across all HR functions. This position will represent the Vice President, Human Resources on committees, task forces, and working groups as needed.
This role will sit in San Diego, CA. The search is being led by Paula Christopher, CAO, Managing Partner and Jeff Wilbanks, TCG Recruiting Director.
