Meet the Managing Partner of TCG HRIS
Jim Gorjup is the newly appointed Managing Director of TCG HRIS. Jim brings an extraordinary breadth and depth of information technology and HRIS knowledge with more than 29 years of experience in the field, enabling him to uniquely provide counsel and insight to TCG’s extensive nationwide clients and candidates.
Prior to managing TCG’s HRIS practice, Jim was the Chief Operating Officer for a Cleveland based Agile software consultancy, LeanDog, where he led fully integrated operations including Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Strategic Account Development across four service lines using Agile and Lean methodologies. Jim was also a partner, company officer, and Board member. Prior to LeanDog, he opened up a consulting and recruiting firm specializing in Agile and Lean consulting and IT placement. Prior to that venture, Jim spent over two decades at Progressive Insurance rising through the ranks from software developer to Group Manager. During his time as Group Manager, Jim was a strategic leader on a $385 million dollar project that utilized Agile development methodologies.
