VERONA, NY – Oneida Nation Enterprises, a diverse organization comprised of thriving hospitality, gaming, recreation, retail, and service brands, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Director of Strategic Initiatives search. Managing Director, Pam Noble and Recruiting Manager, Gillian Hagerty are leading the critical search.

The Director of Strategic Initiatives will support the office of the COO in the Oneida Indian Nation’s strategic development initiatives by researching, analyzing, and vetting new business initiatives and strategic partnerships. The Director of Strategic Initiatives will support strategic initiatives by strengthening stakeholder relationships and working with Oneida Nation Enterprises to tailor solutions, prioritize objectives and proactively advance efforts towards project launch. The Director of Strategic Initiatives will also assist the COO with other activities while supporting the organization’s mission, vision, and values through responsible economic development.
