I am new to TCG, having started this year!
What do you love about being an executive recruiter?
Finding that perfect match… Every search is its own unique project. The structure of the search doesn’t vary much but each of my clients has a unique opening and I love learning about the role and their ideal candidate. At the end of a search, I am excited for my client as well as the candidate receiving an offer. Knowing I made an impact on each of them is so rewarding.
What advice do you have for candidates?
Keep in touch. Never hesitate to reach out. If you have a question or need an update, always feel welcome to send over a quick note. Executive Recruiters spend A LOT of time on the phone so we can be hard to reach without a scheduled conversation but emails can typically be returned very quickly.
Must-Have Office Item?
My headset! I’d surely have a permanent crick in my neck if it wasn’t for my trusty headset!
Favorite TCG Memory?
Definitely finding out I was going on a company-paid cruise my first week on the job!
