CLEVELAND, OH – Nordson Corporation, a multinational adhesive dispensing equipment manufacturer, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Vice President of Human Resources search. Managing Director, Pam Noble, and Recruiting Vice President, Jeff Wilbanks are leading the search.

The Vice President of Human Resources, Industrial Precision Solutions will be responsible for partnering closely with the Executive Officer and the segment’s global leadership team to develop workforce and talent strategies as well as global HR solutions in areas such as organization and workforce effectiveness, talent and leadership development and employee engagement to meet business goals. This position is responsible for the HR strategy of one of Nordson’s two business segments. This individual will serve as a member of the HR Leadership Team and work closely with other HR leaders to develop HR strategy and policy as well as people programs to enable Nordson to attract, develop and retain high-caliber employees.
